I need a personal assistant...
She would have to be with me 24/7 so that around this time of night I can turn to her and say “Boo,” (yes I’d call her Boo, just like Kim from RHOA calls her assistant “Sweety”). “Boo, is there anything else I need to do tonight? Is it okay to go to sleep now?”

I do a lot of self-soothing...

Holding myself
I don’t realize I do it until someone brings it up or asks me why I’m doing it.
Then of course I become self conscious of it but I can’t/don’t stop because it’s kind of a compulsion I feel weird if I can’t do it.
